“Good”
Current Employee – been working at Alcon full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Good benefits and competitive salary
Cons – very political, slow to implement changes, culture change after recent acquisition
Advice to Senior Management – hire character train skills
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
