    Pros

Work from home is convenient most of the time. Pay is decent for entry level employees but not worth the stress.

    Cons

Everything is micromanaged, management can see your computer and listen to all your phone calls at any time. There are requirements of 12 calls per day and each one can be "graded" based on a bullet point scale which is subjective to your own supervisor's interpretation of it. Every minute is stressful, you even have to keep track of time spent using the restroom in minute intervals each day. Too much time spent here and management calls to see what you are up to. Priority is given to suck ups who spend all their time in the office. Most employees were forced to work from home when I first started, therefore there was no in office option we could choose which was a huge disadvantage when it came to other job offers. As soon as Alere took over this company it all went down hill, there were mass layoffs and most of the vice presidents quit/were fired. If this isn't enough warning for you, feel free to work there and get massive headaches all day from the stress and "call center" atmosphere.

    Advice to Management

Fire everyone, start anew with people in the management positions who actually deserve them.
