“Great place to work until MetLife bought this company.”
Current Employee – been working at Alico
Pros – Loved the people here at the company. However, now that MetLife took over, everyone was fired or took their severance package and left.
Cons – When it was part of AIG, it was fantastic. Now that it is under MetLife, they have mapped their organizational structure onto here and it is terrible. MetLife is a horrible company.
