Pros

You will get great technical experience and exposure to most main stream technologies. If you are just beginning your career in IT and need to gain more experience rapidly, then All Covered is a good choice.

Cons

If you want to work at All Covered, be prepared to put your life on hold. With all the after hours work, constant emails and phone calls all day and most nights, your personal life will be ruined.
Despite pronouncements the CEO made 12 to 18 months ago about how many acquisitions All Covered intended to complete, the pace of acquisitions has ground to a halt in the last 12 months and the recent departure of the their head of mergers and acquisitions is another indication that their business strategy is not working. Integrating the acquired companies has proved to be much more difficult than they expected.
All Covered is finding it more and more difficult each day to meet their customer expectations. As an employee, don't expect anything from All Covered other than long hours, no personal life and no gratitude from the company...

    Pros

There were some folks who were really trying hard, but unable to overcome the limitations of the organization.

    Cons

All Covered bought the company I worked for, and in 24 months went from $5million to $1.5 million, losing most customers and employees along the way. Management seems to be B-school types who have never actually run a company, provided customer service, or actually done any IT work. Heavy bureaucracy. Ordering/purchasing was usually wrong and very slow, even in a crisis. Customers heavily virtualized would get engineers assigned who had never touched virtualization. Jobs that should take 4 hours were allocated 1 hour. Larger more complex customers were treated like Mom & Pop office.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the people in the field and to your customers. Understand that projects can turn into revenue streams if handled correctly.

    Advice to Management

Don't change how All Covered works, you have a great company that takes care of its employees and customers.
