I worked at Allegis Group as a contractor

Pros – The people were great and the culture was fun. Hard working and knowledgeable people that love to have fun. Lots of team outings, whether it's lunch, happy hour, or even a movie day here and there. Management legit cares about their employees and moral is high as a result.

Located near lots of great food as it is not far from Arundel Mills

Cons – Salaries were hit and miss. Most people would say the overall compensation package wasn't the best. Speaking for myself, it was below market value

Advice to Senior Management – Stop restructuring the hierarchy of the company. Too much turnover as a result of unknown hierarchy
