I worked at Allegis Group full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Most people are great to work with
You will develop a strong work discipline
Company is growing fast

Cons

Very low pay - at bonus they will nickel and dime you!
Expectations are never clear
Overworked and expected to work 70 hours on a 40 hour week.
Personal info shared with managers is used against you in end of year review
Development and Support are missing from leadership
Boy's Club/Frat-boy menality - no inclusion

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Cut-out the boy's club and promote people who are not just your buddies. Diverisfy your talent. Pay your workers more. Be transparent.

    Pros

    People are important!
    Values work/life balance.
    Encourages thinking "outside the box".

    Cons

    Executive leadership is somewhat conservative.
    Not enough recognition for non-sales employees by executive leadership.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Give more consideration to flexibility in benefits and bonus structure. A large portion of your employees is non-sales, needed to support the sales organization; too much focus on the rewards for sales personnel leaves the rest behind.
