Current Employee – been working at Allergan

Pros – Some of the people are worth getting to know
Training provided is quite good

Cons – Gossip goes unchecked
Accused of wrong-doing by management that may not be true
HR give you a 1 day warning to move your belongings out and leave the office once you have resigned
Do not work in the clinical research department

Advice to Senior Management – Have some sort of policy on office gossip and enforce it, do not listen to it.
Locate the narcissistic employee within your department and report their actions to HR and if HR will not help (and they most likely won't), get the Fair Work Ombudsman involved
