I have been working at Alliance

    Pros

It's a job and it keeps me from loosing my home for now until I can find something else. They are great at new hires piles of paperwork and ensuring they cover themselves. Safety training is mandatory and they again make sure they are covered. The trainer was awesome!

    Cons

Hired for full time 9 to 5, M-F and still on part time hours and Saturdays. Broken Promises!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Screen your applicants and hire students for partime and follow through with what was promised at time of hire to your workers that are committed to full time positions. We have lives and bills to pay.

I worked at Alliance full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

I worked for Alliance years ago, most recently I trusted them with my 18 year old son who requires supportive employment services. I don't know what better reference I am able to provide. Alliance offers plenty of room for growth and skill advancement.

    Cons

At the time, 2004, Alliance did not have a working "family leave act" in place. This could have been poor managerial practice limited to my division only.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to address the diverse needs of employees including single parents and parents of children with special needs.
