Overall a good company to work for and their weaknesses are the same throughout the industry.

I have been working at Alliance Residential full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There are opportunities for advancement. Salary is fair for the area.

    Cons

Favoritism is a major factor. If you are not one of the VP or Regionals favorites you will not go far, and favoritism is more for personal reasons than productivity.

I worked at Alliance Residential full-time

    Pros

-Good Benefits -Great Training -OK work conditions

    Cons

Not a team work environment, save yourself! There is no difference in salary among entry level positions between those with a bachelor's degree or those just coming from high school. This work is not for everybody. You will work every single weekend if you are in a sales position, with few or none flexibility about your schedule. Managers protect each other a lot more than they will do with entry level employees. A lot of gossiping. Not enough sales strategies implemented so it is very difficult to get their very overpriced apartments rented.

    Advice to Management

Please, do not treat some employees like numbers and your managers like untouchable gods.
