Current Employee – been working at Allied Consultants (Texas)
Pros – Small company that focuses on positions within Texas (mostly the greater Austin area). Most positions are with Public Companies and State Agencies so the positions have lots of stability. I really like their approach to recruiting; personable but forward and honest.
Cons – They are a smaller company and they work with public companies and State agencies, so things can progress can be slower than some other agencies. Despite this the recruiters and managers do a great job of keeping people informed of any status changes.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work!
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
