Pros

The free lunches and rides on the corporate jet are nice perks, but monetary compensation needs to improve.

Cons

Management is shoddy in almost all respects of daiily workings. Co-workers are allowed to browse internet for new clothing, instead of helping employees with benefite issues. Senior management is arrogant, pompous, close=minded, overpaid and completely oblivious to inter-departmental issues going on around them.

Advice to Senior Management

Hire all new senior management, as the current crop has no ethics, but does whatever they can to hold onto their positions, as they know they will not be paid what they are now at another company.
