I have been working at AlliedBarton

    Pros

The best salary compared to other companies and opportunities for advancement from inside the corporation.

    Cons

Be more rewarding to those that does a good job, give more raises on a job performance level & more than .25 a raise, and as well quit writing up people for being sick and legitimately taking off from work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Build morale by telling employees when they're doing a great job and also what happened to receiving employee of the month or quarter?
