I have been working at AlliedBarton full-time for more than a year

Pros

Good work environment. I work with some very nice people and the prescription coverage is the best I've had! Good training programs with a chance for advancement if you're on the top of your game.

Cons

Starting pay leaves a lot to be desired, but a job is a job.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to be more selective in who you hire.

I worked at AlliedBarton part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good pay. Easy work. Easy to move up ladder.

    Cons

Long hours involving standing still, no breaks. Supervisors don't speak English well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Move officers around a bit. Standing still for 14+ hours with just a half hour break is terrible and probably unhealthy.

I worked at AlliedBarton full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Easy work, alot of freedom to do patrols, uneducated people start out making the same as educated/

    Cons

pay is not good, benefits are absolutly horrible, vacation program is ridiculous, it is very hard to get days off without getting wrote up

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Actually need to care about employees, after all the are the reflection of your company to the clients. Pay your employees better. Stop charging 200 dollars for uniforms when the only thing you require to get back at the end is your badge and guard card.
