I have been working at AlliedBarton full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This is a company in which you can grow, if you work for it and apply yourself. Managers and site supervisors want to see employees advance.

    Cons

Medical and health benefits are simply not affordable in relation to the security officer's pay.

    Advice to Management

Being owned by the Blackstone Group and being one of the major security services in the U.S. This company can easily afford to pay 100% of security officers health benefits like many of Fortunes Top 100 Companies to work for.

I worked at AlliedBarton full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good experience for those who want law enforcement career

    Cons

Right off the bat you see whether they like you or not

    Advice to Management

If you real good, make the career worth it. Loyalty is two way street where you don't get any. I saw people who as they got older were falling deeper into debt and having no future.
