Current Employee – been working at AlliedBarton full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Not really anything to be happy about
Cons – Not allowed to work overtime or else they complain, No time off allowed (No sick, no personal days) Only 40 hours of vacation that you have to work for from the beginning of the year, if you don't make the hours you owe them money. Benefits are not really benefits, they are discounts. Now all the training is paid at minimum wage instead of your normal pay or else you have to pay for it somewhere else. They make me take the day off of work to take annual classes and now I have to pay for them. That is not right
Advice to Senior Management – Start taking care of your employees
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
