Pros

Not really anything to be happy about

Cons

Not allowed to work overtime or else they complain, No time off allowed (No sick, no personal days) Only 40 hours of vacation that you have to work for from the beginning of the year, if you don't make the hours you owe them money. Benefits are not really benefits, they are discounts. Now all the training is paid at minimum wage instead of your normal pay or else you have to pay for it somewhere else. They make me take the day off of work to take annual classes and now I have to pay for them. That is not right

Advice to Management

Start taking care of your employees

    Pros

Opportunities are available on a fairly regular basis due to ridiculous turnover, but those opportunities are not that great.

    Cons

Very low pay for what you're expected to put yourself through. They try to be paramilitary, and as such require that you never "abandon your post", so that means if someone doesn't come in for their next shift, guess who gets to fill it? Doesn't matter if you've already worked a full shift and are exhausted.

    Advice to Management

Pay people what they're worth, and live up to your own stated values. Your company treats its employees as if they are toys to be used.
