Current Employee – been working at AlliedBarton full-time for more than a year

Pros – They sincerely try to provide good value to their clients and they take client concerns seriously. They don't play games with their Security Officers. They are strict but fair. With the high turnover typical of the industry, there are lots of opportunities for advancement through the supervisory ranks.

Cons – Security Officers have pitiful benefits and mostly low wages. Typical of the industry. They don't have any kind of Leadership program to find executive capable people within the ranks. Once you've reached salaried status you're a "made man/woman". Like every big company, they are top heavy so the line employees take it in the neck. Bottom line is all.

Advice to Senior Management – Since sites and Officer performance is only as good as the leadership, you need to do a much better job of hiring/promoting Account Managers and Operations Managers. Higher than that its mostly corporate flacks, so no hope there.
