Most disorganized company I've ever worked for.

Security Officer/Receptionist (Current Employee) Tigard, OR

Pros-Easy, no education requirements
-Job site is great, but no workplace benefits/assistance as a contracted employee

Cons-Very, very disorganized
-No communication between account manager and site manager
-Difficulty attaining HR information i.e.; PTO, benefit, sick time information
-Left to your own device after minimal training

Advice to Senior ManagementMake sure the job site is ready for a new-hire; have the technicalities of the position worked out, communicate with the job site to ensure everyone is on the same page, make sure all the tools to perform the job are provided and avalible in a timely manner.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
