Cons

Senior management prone to dishonesty. They will appease new clients by offering the illusion of carrying over requested employees. They then offer said employees unreasonable pay cuts (-50%) in order to place others in their place at a lower (yet more reasonable) rate, thereby increasing profit margins and giving the client the illusion that they are accomodating requests. I've witnessed them lie to clients and employees. It makes me sick to be a part of such an underhanded organization. I'll be leaving as soon as possible.
