I have been working at AlliedBarton full-time (more than an year)

Pros

This is a great company to work for if you are in school and need a flexible schedule. Also if you want the hours they're there for you, you just have to ask. My suggestion would be to ask about being trained at multiple sites. The pay is about average for entry level security work, and the work is not complicated.

Cons

The leadership can be very weak at times. If you need something done often times you will have to contact your manager or supervisor multiple times. Moving up can be difficult too, if you want to be promoted my suggestion would be to take as many hours as you can and be a reliable employee. Any negative remarks from a supervisor will greatly diminish your chances of becoming promoted.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to get things done when the employee initially makes contact with you. An officer should not have to ask several times and wait two weeks to get something simple done,

    Pros

Pay Check , Lot's of over-time hope you don't have young children or any kind of family life!!!

    Cons

Management can take sick days off but not the employees at the job site without being threatened to be wrote up, Management takes sweet time to answer emails if they answer at all, some employees get paid training others don't. They tell you after a year you have vacation then always short of help never can use vacation or they tell you that you haven't accumulated enough hours even after a year in a half what a joke!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do the work at the job site all shifts you people have no clue!!!

    Cons

District Management is disjointed. Corporate office needs to review how district management is treating it's field officers and supervisors.
