I worked at AlliedBarton full-time for less than a year

    Pros

No pros to working for them

    Cons

If you arent a friend of the account manager forget about getting a decent site, Liars all through management, If you are white you will be written up and probably fired over made up lies while the black employees were never written up and got away with a lot of wrongdoing simply because the supervisors are black.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire some quality people to run your business and look into every write up and firing, dont simply take the account managers word because she clearly lied in my case and the district manager believed her lies. Also provide uniforms to the employees, I had to have mine altered at my cost and they deduct uniform fees from your check.

Former Employee - Security Officer in Washington, DC

I worked at AlliedBarton full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

There are always job openings with the company; but it is often due to their high turnover rate, rather than newly created positions.

    Cons

The downsides far outnumber the benefits of working for such a company. There is no loyalty in the company- the turnover rate is extremely high. In addition, they may say that there are numerous growth opportunities, when in fact, there are very few. They can terminate employees at any time without warning. Due to the toxic company culture, employees are not able to work as a team and collaborate; rather it is an "every man for himself" atmosphere.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Restructure company policies. Improve team building.
