Pros

Well training personnel and benefits. A company for advance on the Security business within a short time frame, very flexible .

Cons

Low pay starting salaries. Sometimes a lack of coordination on base of communication. This is a thing that management should be evaluating for retention of personnel.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Increase of pay at starting level positions. And better professional coordination at the field.

I worked at AlliedBarton full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Bringing a new vision of leadership that can help grow individual and team effort toward employee commitment and job satisfaction.

    Cons

Introducing a new paradigm to replace the old culture of chain-of-command with enhanced learning organization where leadership will be nurtured from horizontal scope.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When subordinates are allowed to be participants of decision-making, the company can generate value from employee resources which is often ignored due to lack of trust.

I worked at AlliedBarton full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Work at most job sites is usually easy going, slow paced.
Lots of overtime available at every job site I worked at.
After a year of full time work you get forty hours paid time off.
You receive free uniforms and will continue to get new uniforms by trading your old ones in.
You receive a raise if you complete additional training.

    Cons

Lots of overtime available and you're often forced to stay for another shift.
Continuous training of new employees, as there is a very high turnover rate.
The healthcare that is offered is poor and co-pays are high. Even my account manager said go with something else if possible.
