Basic Hourly Wage, but plenty of Overtime work.

'Easy' Sites lets you read and have the radio turned on to keep off boredom
Uniforms are provided for you.
Good Managers communicates a lot with their guys.

ConsNot Great, not horrible pay
Crappy Benefits
Company lose a contract, you're out of a job.
Bad Manager won't care about you
Good share of boring sites. Really boring.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet better, longer term, and higher paying contracts.
