Growth-focused
An average of 20 hours/week makes you eligible for benefits such as health insurance, 401k, and tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Some of the trainings for patient service were "canned" or "hokey."
Difficult to get a job in my field after college.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire the people who you've been helping to educate with tuition reimbursement! Take note of their personal/work history, and be willing to invest in long-term employees.

    - Progressive with respect to new patient care models and channels, clinical service lines, community engagement, accountable care strategy, technology
    - Positive, collaborative culture - people really want to do the right thing for patients, the community and the organization

    - Can be challenge to balance desired speed of execution with required internal processes/approvals
    - Limited budgets/resources (especially in IT) can constrain projects
