Old school company not suited for young, creative employees

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Indianapolis, IN

ProsStable company, good benefits, decent pay.

ConsOld GM mentality is still very present. A lot of politics at the office. Layers of mangement drive work that is not valuable. Very few areas have a great respect for work-life balance.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe more personable. Employees feel very out of the loop and disconnected from senior mangement.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
