    Pros

There are no good things that I can say about this company besides the fact that it located across the street from Canes Chicken and Krispy Kreme Donuts.

    Cons

Poor Management. Domestic problems brought into workplace. Long hours with horrible pay. Extremely high turn over. Several ethical violations occurring daily!! Avoid at all costs if you want to stay a licensed attorney in Texas.

    Pros

Learned so much about bankruptcy law. Met amazing people that are going through a very tough time and helped them get through it.

    Cons

Poor pay for the extremely long hours! There were many ethical violations. The firm does not care for their clients they undoubtedly only want their money. This is not a team environment even though non management employees are great. No leadership. No morale. Not a place for personal growth. There is no proper training. Management does not have a clue on what they are doing. Incredibly mismanaged firm from lack of communication and proper training. Keeping your job certainly depends on how much management likes you. The old technology is irritably slow, unreliable, and wastes so much time trying to deal with important lost and corrupted documents even for tech savvy individuals. Lack of adequate software programs to receive client payments.

    Advice to Management

Value/Respect your employees give them the proper training and tools that are needed to do their jobs correctly and efficiently. Realize that mistakes are being made not because an employee does not know what they are doing, but because of the old technology. Upgrade instead of just trying to work around it. Work as a team to eliminate poor work and misunderstandings to client cases.
