I worked at Alloy Media full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Casual work environment, informal dress code, summer fridays (if you can take them), no one keeps track of vacation time

    Cons

Long hours, extremely poor upper management, losing valuable clients and upper management blames everyone else but themselves, seems like everyone yells at each other as a means of communication, i received a 1% raise after a year of hard work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The occasional freebie or party is not incentive for employees to do a good job. Quality work is never rewarded adequately.

I have been working at Alloy Media full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Most of the employees are in there 20s and 30s and there is a very friendly welcoming atomosphere. Excellent company to get your foot in the door and start your career.

    Cons

There is limited room for growth for lower level employees. While there are opportunities horizontally there is limited vertical growth.
