Current Employee - Product Specialist in Chicago, IL

    Pros

Benefits, time off, flexible with schedule, and competency of staff. They let you keep your miles and points when you travel.

    Cons

Minimal communication regarding direction/status of projects and development. Much disorganization and high turnover. Little recognition and opportunity for raise. Comp plan goes down in your favor each year. Many systems in place for big brother to track every move re: expense reports, time tracking, travel policies, etc. I am a professional with a proven track record and should not have to account for my time each day in 15 minute increments.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More competitive salary and more than .5% to 1% raises due to merit/promotion.

Current Employee - Sales Executive  in  Atlanta, GA
Current Employee - Sales Executive in Atlanta, GA

    Pros

Happens to be in the right product/service space.

    Cons

In spite of being a "high-tech" company, management, upper and lower level, seems to have come straight out of caves (sorry cavemen!). Several reviews have mentioned the cliques. When you start with bad management and you still have a "good-ole'-boy" network, it goes from bad to worse. Client needs are largely ignored unless the solution is revenue-producing. The Titanic was better steered!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When termites infest at this level, it's best to tear the house down and rebuild. And when an employee reaches 10 years of service, at least send an email of recognition!
