Current Employee – been working at Allscripts full-time

Pros – quick adoption to agile to improve development workflow
great dynamics across the Richmond office
very talented/experienced group of people willing to teach and share information
very good work/life balance

Cons – communication a problem between time zones
extremely inefficient at times having disjoint development/QA teams
too many product lines, codebase from the number of mergers, unmaintainable legacy code

Advice to Senior Management – invest in reconsolidate/restructure existing product lines
promote communications/collaboration between teams from different offices
