“Work hard, and people will love you.”
I worked at Allstate
Pros – Good first job for a recent college grad, good job for building experience and boosting baseline earning potential. There's great opportunities for paid time off, which you receive up front, and in general management is very understanding about PTO requests. Great perks, like discounts on iPhone bills.
Cons – Almost always very demanding and stressful, along with repetitive and mind-numbing. As long as you know your limits and don't let yourself get burnt out - because you will catch up to all the work you have to do - you'll do great.
