“Very positive and a great place to work”
Current Employee – been working at Allstate
Pros – strong company support, good working conditions, opportunity for advancement, great benefits. everyone works together. Consistantly offering help if needed, great hours and days
Cons – hard to advance, people stay a very long time. Rates always changing so re-quoting is always necessary to do over and over. Not enough products to offer
Advice to Senior Management – continue doing what you are doing
