“From Intern to Full-time”
Current Employee – been working at Allstate
Pros – I have been here for internships in the past. Decided to take the job to further grow. I interviewed with other places, but the fact that I chose Allstate should mean something.
Cons – Poor management decisions. I am also not quite fond of some of the work spaces. Some departments have better facilities than others.
Advice to Senior Management – They make poor and often slow decisions. Please do something about the constant lay-offs that have been occurring the past few years. People do not feel safe.
