From Intern to Full-time

Application Developer (Current Employee)

ProsI have been here for internships in the past. Decided to take the job to further grow. I interviewed with other places, but the fact that I chose Allstate should mean something.

ConsPoor management decisions. I am also not quite fond of some of the work spaces. Some departments have better facilities than others.

Advice to Senior ManagementThey make poor and often slow decisions. Please do something about the constant lay-offs that have been occurring the past few years. People do not feel safe.
