I have been working at Allstate
Pros – Opportunity to increase knowledge. The ability to help out people. Give great prices ans service. There's always an opportunity to grow.
Cons – They don't offer much benefits. It also seems like the company is not very organized. Sometimes agents promise customer things the company does not offer.
Advice to Senior Management – Spend more time in the agencies making sure that everything works the way it is supposed to.
