I have been working at Allstate full-time

    Pros

    -Flexibility
    -Benefits start day one
    -Co-workers are great

    Cons

-Salary is under market unless you have worked there for 15+ years. Those that have been there a long time do not pull their weight in work and gripe about everything but yet they are making double or more than others doing the exact same job. You are paid on how long you have been with the company and not your position. 3% salary increases do not even keep up with gas prices.
-Allstate is in the middle of a "culture change" so we will see how that goes....

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Clean house. There are people in upper management of claims that have not worked a desk since the 1970s. They are out of touch and need to be put out to pasture.
