“Wish Allstate would stop holding itself back”
Former Employee – worked at Allstate full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Great and smart people, not super conservative
Cons – Over analysis of everything prevents progression. If you're an OK IT person, you will do great but if you're super talented-- go else where. Allstate will hold you back. Limited technology and limited progression.
Advice to Senior Management – Get out of your own way. You're smart people but you can't implement any of your grand plans.
