“Good company to work for.”
Former Employee – worked at Allstate full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – You work with nice people who are concerned about policy holders. Decent compensation with good benefits.
Cons – Public relations gaffes, like not paying on claims, which cause a negative outlook on company. Especially after disasters like hurricanes, when the public is sensitive to these things.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to the people on the front lines, because they see things on an everyday basis.
