I worked at Allstate full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Customer Service experience. Gain knowledge of auto claims.

Cons

Large workload. Goals are too agressive and not aligned with customer service. Management is too concerned with pleasing upper management and achieving goals instead of actual customer service.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Achieving goals are nice, but listen to the frontline employees. They are the ones that understand customer service and realistic goals.

    I have been working at Allstate full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    There is not a lot I can say in terms of pros since most of the good things were done away with over time.

    Cons

    You time will be monitored. As in from the time to clock in to the time you clock out. God forbid you need to use the restroom, this time is monitored as well and if you take "too long" someone is sure to come looking for you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Treat your employees more like adults and less like trouble-making adolescent children.
