“Ive enjoyed my 4 years with Allstate”
Current Employee – been working at Allstate full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Allstate offers a lot of fun/convenient things: gym, barber, dry cleaner, oil changes, large cafeteria with plenty of options, Starbucks, Red Mango, pharmacy, doctor/dentist, etc...
Cons – In a very large company it can be hard for the right people to get noticed for what they are doing and hard to notice the things people aren't doing...
Advice to Senior Management – Management's experience could be aligned better to teams they represent.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
