I have been working at Allstate full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Work environment, can be yourself, chips in on benefits. Heading in the right direction to show Allstate cares about the employee's personalities and beliefs.

Cons

Pay or Lack of overtime available. Need to revise how the do their yearly PDS.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to do an update on National Averages for pay scales.

    Culture of Recognition, good pay, good benefits, good PTO and great people

    A lot of tenured employees and leaders with old mindsets. Old systems and processes in place.

    Remove tenure from job elimination decisions - should be performance and skills needed for future company success.

    Pros

    The money was good for the first year and there was an 8K signing bonus

    Cons

    If you are a Personal Financial Specialist/Exclusive Financial Specialist the recruiter makes the most money off of you in your first year and after that you're worth nothing to them

    Reconfigure how Recruiters are paid
