Mgmt is all about who's hiney you can kiss. Everyone backstabbing everyone to move ahead in career. Salary for almost every position is way lower than industry standards. Constant change in organizations and less and less communication.

Advice to Senior Management

Reward those who work hard and add value to your organization. You shouldn't have to work 60 hours to be recognized. You can still go above and beyond in 40-45 hours.
