Pros

Great benefits at this company. I worked with good people on day-to-day basis. Everyone there was friendly and got along with others. Still have great friends there.

Cons

Over worked!!! Expectations are unrealistic. The typical adjuster should work 4-5 claims per day. 10-12per day was commonplace, yet expectations only got more stringent.

Advice to Senior Management

The managent team is fill with good competent people who I enjoyed working for. Upper management i.e. home office, that sets the expectations needs to revisit how they are doing things.
