benefits on day 1, training was thorough, paid for licensing test.

    tremendouse opportunities if you want to work hard

    pay scale might be non competitive

    reduce your bonus's and salaries and pay employees more for performance. you will get more for it. 0-2 percent raises are not motivating when upper management is buying and selling stock in the hundreds of thousands and millions
