Former Employee – worked at Ally Bank full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – match 401k, medical, dental and vision good.. life insurance good.Most people hard working and friendly.

Cons – low pay, bonus plan greatly reduced for hourly employees. Change is constant and gives appearance of company instability and weak management. Much favortism and managers do not follow the same policies. They bend the rules constantly. You will be reprimanded for stating your opinion if it does not agree with management. Moral is in a constant flux. Management really does not care about their employees although they try look interested. They do not value employee loyalty and hard work..

Advice to Senior Management – Treat your employees well and pay them fairly. 30k for a collector is a lousy base salary..Need to review the management staff and clean house of those that are not the culture you are trying to promote.
