Current Employee – been working at Almac Group

Pros – fantastic benefits such as perks card, 34 days annual leave, enhanced sick pay, very competitive salary.

Cons – lack of on job training for new recruits regarding procedures and new techniques. some senior management are better than others so lack of consistency affecting performance.

Advice to Senior Management – review senior analyst posts to ensure that the employee is suitable for the role. basic skills such as scheduling work is missing with some seniors.
