I have been working at Alorica full-time (less than an year)

Pros

$1.25 over min. wage. Work inside. Easy work. Good for extra income or temporary work.

Cons

$9.00 an hour does NOT change. Kennesaw, GA location has decent management. Very strict (as to be expected in a call center environment) with regards to breaks and lunches. Don't be late!

Remember, jobs are temporary in nature, although if your a reasonable employee there is opportunity for permanent placement.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Supervisors need more interpersonal skills/training.

I worked at Alorica full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Work is easy, Most of the managers and QA's are fair

    Cons

Insurance in limited, pay could be better. Was told we would receive bonus and not seen that yet
schedules are terrible. I know there must be a way to try to at least give a employee off 1 weekend day a week, and 2 days together. If one of your employee's become really ill with no insurance or limited they are in trouble

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to work with the employee's happy employee's are more productive and will give the company a better reputation. Like I mentioned above it would be nice if upper management would try to work on better schedules and a better insurance for the employees. I have heard that they are sending employees home on Sundays why not give employee's that day off.
