With basic keyboarding and good customer skill - easily employed.

Call Center (Current Employee)
Kennesaw, GA

I have been working at Alorica full-time for less than a year

Pros$1.25 over min. wage. Work inside. Easy work. Good for extra income or temporary work.

Cons$9.00 an hour does NOT change. Kennesaw, GA location has decent management. Very strict (as to be expected in a call center environment) with regards to breaks and lunches. Don't be late!

Remember, jobs are temporary in nature, although if your a reasonable employee there is opportunity for permanent placement.

Advice to Senior ManagementSupervisors need more interpersonal skills/training.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
