I have been working at Alorica full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Environment is like family with senior level managers who care, your're recognized for you hard work when consistently meeting or exceeding goals.

Cons

Low grade of pay, benefits are below industry standard in comparison to other companies, for some reason this place attracts some folks with the worst work ethic I've ever seen anywhere.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do something to make the benefits more competitive with other companies, do random drug tests, get feedback from your employees on a regular (quarterly) basis.

    Pros

    flex time.
    Co Workers are nice

    Cons

be prepared that your last check will be minimum wage with no commissions paid even if you give notice. They have no loyalty to you at all and will fire 20-30 people just so the managements numbers will look good. Ghetto as hell offices and the leads are beat to death!!! i spent days calling on disconnected numbers! The top performers all cheat and (cherry pick) and management wont do a thing about it. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

I worked at Alorica full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Steady pay, paid training, variety of shifts available.

    Cons

Cold management, policies only apply to some, HIGH turnover rate. Absolutely no leeway for those with medical conditions. Management obviously favors some employees over others, and the attendance policy will not apply so strictly to those favored as opposed to others. I saw a girl fired for missing two days due to an emergency room visit and emergency medical procedure, same thing for another girl with heart condition, yet another woman who had a cold for a couple days got to keep her job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You complain about the high turnover rate, yet do nothing to change the policies or treatment of the employees that makes them leave. It seems insane that your company spends so much to train reps, but then will let them go at the drop of a hat. Doesn't seem to be good business.
