    I worked at Alorica full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    During my tenure at Alorica, I was able to help customers and meet goals. There was a consistent opportunity to earn bonus pay, and overtime was in abundance at times.

    Cons

    Mandatory overtime during understaffed periods of high call volume. Disciplinary action if unable to meet mandatory overtime requirements even though the company gave insufficient notice for those of us with families and limited options for rearranging our home life to suit business needs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Work harder to pay your employees fairly for the work they do. You are paying your team managers LESS THAN HALF the mean salary for similar positions in call centers in Oklahoma... the mean being $50k yearly. It's disgusting that your managers have to get second jobs to make ends meet.

    A polite and sincere environment were harbored.

    The practices and constant need to sell products as a technical support agent were rediculous.

    Be managers, not best friends with your employees.
