Current Employee – been working at Alpha Pro Tech

Pros – Once proud SMB with great management team, innovative products and solid direction.
Small company feel and still run like a small company
Employees feel like one of the family

Cons – Senior Management is not united and the effects are felt throughout the company
Layoffs, wage freezes, reductions in employee benefits and compensation while senior management continues to reward itself with trips and other perks
Money spent on extravagances for senior management creating bitter feeling amongst employees

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to employees, rebuild trust with the employees and stop the internal fighting.
Work together to build this company back up to it's proud standing.
