Pros

Insurance is fantastic! 401k is helpful

Cons

Management is mediocre at best. Slave drivers.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Not Paying commission to your sales staff is hurting morale and driving people out of the company. On top of that, we are constantly working understaffed and stressed. It's not a fun or pleasant environment.

    Pros

    The overall company is a good company and growing quickly. It's business model is sound. they have a good benifits package.

    Cons

    The company is growing so fast that it's older facilities cannot keep up. The pittsburgh location is being crushed by the weight of it's own success and has brought the workforce to the breaking point.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I have seen to many companies fail by not being prepared enough for success. Customers have a degree of tolerance to problems generated by this, but it only lasts so long. Increased sales are good, but if you can't service the new business correctly, you will lose a customer that you have gained now as well as a potential customer that you would have had later if you had paced your growth with your ability to give reliable and consistent service. The Pittsburgh Facility is a model of process interference and customer service has turned into customer triage. Also, your depository of experience is being depleted by the crushing demand of management’s vein attempt to “Catch-up”. 60-70 hour weeks are ok during spikes in demand. However, it is becoming part of the operating model and you will lose the people that have, up to recently, made this facility successful.

    People are promoted based on what sport they excelled at and gender rather than the merit of their work.

    Pros

    Good benefits, financially sound, there are good people in the organization mostly in non-management roles.

    Cons

    sex and race discrimination, do not like independent thinkers or people who share opinions that differ from theirs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Ask employees honestly for suggestions and don't find ways to black list them when you hear the answer.
