I have been working at Alstom Power, Inc. as an intern for less than a year
Pros – Immediate involvement in solo projects, no "shadowing" period. Middle management is very friendly at Alstom, the working hours are flexible, there seems to be a great deal of trust in the employees to do the work assigned.
Cons – Baden is a small town, so if you are looking for a cosmopolitan city, you may have to commute from Zürich which, to be fair, only takes 16 mins by train.
