I have been working at AltaMed

Pros – multiple locations, various health care programs, able to provide services to the under served in greater Los Angeles area, a leading health care organization

Cons – overall the company is ok . but i feel like you have to really know the company culture in order to stay happily in this place... it might take years to understand

Advice to Senior Management – i wonder how much senior management level really care about the front line programs? or they only care about the numbers submitting to them on the report?
